10.30 to 6.30 pm Panayati Panayati was performed in the Pantal from 10.30 to 6.30 pm

12.30 Azhi Bali This is performed to satisfy the gods.
A heap of wood is burnt ritually. The Tantri performs the puja. The Acharya blesses the ritualists. They get possessed and steps on the burning logs.
1.30 am to 2.00 am Dikku Bali Plantain trees are planted at eight corners of the temple. The ritualist lying on a cot becomes possessed. The Tantri breaks the Kalasham and the possessed ritualist cuts of the plantain trees one by one. In between he becomes unconscious. He is carried off on the cot.
2.30 am Leading the deities back to their places Appoppan and other deities are ritually taken back to their places. The Urali takes the staff and others the swords and the spear and puts them back in their places.
