10.00 to 6.30 pm Panayati Panayati was performed in the Pantal from 10.30 to 6.30 pm

5.30pm Parayoth Song about churning the milk ocean

7 pm to 9.30 pm Pottan Theyyam

11 pm Ashtaishvarya Puja The Goddess is worshipped in her eight forms for getting vidya, married life, children, health, long life and salvation etc.
3 am Kumpu Bali The post of arecanut with a small wooden platform decorated with tender coconut leaves is installed on the east side of the temple.
4 30 am to 5.30 am The Acharyan climbed up the 20 ft post and offers prayers sitting on the wooden platform at the top of the post. He offers the puja facing the rising sun. He offers puja facing all directions. Meanwhile Velan (Sadashivan) sings songs playing the Para. After sunrise, the Acharyan climbs down the post stepping on a black cow and calf.
6.30 am Bali A Bali is offered at a place about 1 km away
7.00 am Arattu The rituals are concluded after a ritual bath.
